Giulia Adagazza: Why did you choose Scientific Visualization?
Chi Lui Wong: I studied Visual Communication in Hong Kong and worked as a freelance illustrator. After that, I really wanted to learn how to make complex scientific topics understandable. The prospect of working closely with scientists during my studies seemed promising to me.

What inspires you?
Food and the variety of colours and shapes in the insect world. I am also inspired by Hermann Dietrich’s medical illustrations. His drawings are accurate yet elegant.
